In May 2003 we had Father and Sons Home Painting Service replace rotted bat boards, repair rotted siding, sand, caulk and paint a small section of our home. To this day, it looks brand new (10 years). We decided to have the whole house painted and wouldn’t even consider “getting bids”. We knew who would do the best job at a fair price after getting Dave’s estimate and the list of paints needed and delivered on July 9th. The final trim was completed on July 12th. Neatness and pickup was immaculate. Nine bat boards had to be replaced, the work was monumental. The house being 55 years old the 3 young men were exceptional in all ways and attention to detail was remarkable. Dave is a kind man and treats his crew with care, compassion and humor. The over the top excellent job is proof. Jose was knowledgeable and helpful in several decisions we needed to make on the spot. To say we are extremely pleased would be an understatement.

Why we are the best solution for your painting needs!

Our paint jobs last longer. We use a special application process. We do a 50% overlap wet on wet spray paint. The paint manufacturer recommends a 3 mil. coverage. We use the correct method to achieve 3 mil. coverage. Most applications do not accomplish this. Our method is equivalent to 2 coats of paint.

Our paint jobs also last longer because we have experienced painters who are well trained, seasoned professionals and follow our special procedure. You can actually watch them apply the 50% overlap and know that you are getting the best paint job for your money.

on the exterior of most homes our paint process is as follows:

Power wash

Scrap all loose paint
Replace rotten wood
Caulk where needed
Caulk all nail holes
Prime where needed
Paint the home with our special paint process
Backroll when needed
Plastic off all windows
Cover all decks
We use the best paint on the market which is Porter Paint Manor Hall. If you prefer to use another paint we can do that also.
We carry workman compensation insurance that covers all the workmen on the property.
We carry general liability insurance so any property damage or any neighbor getting hurt walking around the premises would be covered.

The yard was tidied up well every night before the men left. Dave, the boss, is a sterling example of Sam Walton’s idea of “management by walking around”. He came every day to check on progress.
